Emerging Food Safety Risk: How can we know?

To share information and different perspectives on food safety risks and to address new developments in this field on a global level, the EU 6th FP project “GO-GLOBAL“ has organized an international Seminar on emerging food safety risks in collaboration with LCFA. The event was held in Bangkok, Thailand on November 27th 2007 and was be attended by specialist from many parts of the world, including, EU, Russia, USA, Africa, Latin America, Oceania, and Asia.

Open seminar with 100-120 invitees from Thai food industry, academia, government and NGO’s. A TV coverage by the Thai media was realized.
